Big Sugar Gravel 2026

Didn’t know you could join a bike race? Me either.

But here’s the thing, not all bike races are just for the pros. All across North America, there are events open to anyone. Beginner categories, shorter routes, you don't have to go fast (but go ahead if you must) and no qualifying required. For women who ride for the joy of it, for curiosity, for fitness, or just for the hell of it.

#1: Big Sugar Gravel

Where: Bentonville, Arkansas, USA

When: October 17, 2026

Registration: March 2nd.

Beginner-Friendly Option: 25-miler (47.5 km)

Distance: ~29.5 miles
Elevation gain: ~1,500 ft
Start/finish: Downtown Bentonville

Famous for: Rocky climbs, rolling gravel, and a festival-style race weekend that’s equal parts grit and good vibes.

Post-race: The Gravel Rave — finish strong with a party that marks the end of the racing season. You can’t spell gravel without rave.

Community, challenge, and celebration rolled into one, what we like to call a festival of movement.

Registration opens March 2, 2026, giving you a full year to warm up those legs. Register here: https://www.bigsugarclassic.com/
